Dukkan is a directory and discovery platform for local shops. We list shops and their products; we are not a store ourselves.

Orders, payments, and delivery are arranged directly between you and the shop, over WhatsApp or by phone. Dukkan is not a party to the sale, does not process payments, and does not handle delivery.

Shop and product information — including prices, photos, and availability — is entered by the shops themselves. We review shops before listing them and act on reports, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate or up to date. Always confirm the details with the shop before ordering.

Products on Dukkan must not include pork, alcohol, shisha (hookah), or cigarettes and tobacco of any kind. Listings that include these will be removed and the shop may be suspended.

Dukkan is not responsible for the quality of products, for disputes between buyers and shops, or for any loss arising from a transaction. Any dispute should be resolved directly with the shop.
